George Saridakis, Professor of Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Small Business Research Centre at Kingston University, has published a new research handbook on the different forces that drive employee turnover.

The discussions from a range of contributors in the Research Handbook on Employee Turnover cover the period of the financial crisis and explore issues from the perspectives of businesses, employees and the overall economy.

The handbook, published by Edward Elgar Publishing, examines turnover through multiple lenses, from human capital management and organisational psychology, to intergenerational research and more.
