Centre for Research in Employment, Skills and Society (CRESS)
The Centre researches employment and the organisation of work, focussing on the themes of wellbeing and happiness; skills and careers; and industrial and employment relations. There is a multi-disciplinary team of researchers with backgrounds in economics, psychology, human resource management, organisational behaviour, and industrial relations.
It is also home to the Kingston Employee Engagement Consortium (KEEC), the consultancy branch of CRESS, which aims to communicate our research findings to stakeholders in the business community, academics and policy makers.
