![]() CRESS is dedicated to carrying out world-class research on employment. Our focus is on understanding how work can be organised for the benefit of both employers and employees, and we are home to the Kingston Employee Engagement Consortium. Our research is sponsored by the Economic and Social Research Council, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, industrial partners from both the public and private sectors, and the government’s Knowledge Transfer Partnership scheme. We are currently working on projects valued at over £750,000. We are a multi-disciplinary team of researchers with a background in psychology, sociology of work, industrial relations, and public policy, and we work in collaboration with partners across Kingston University, the UK and around the world. CRESS Members have published in leading academic and practitioner journals, and regularly speak at international conferences. |
