Short Courses and Executive Development
If you are interested in enhancing your skills on a certain subject, or simply want to learn about a new topic then one of our range of short courses could be the perfect answer. Short courses are an excellent alternative for busy professionals who cannot commit to full or part-time study, and in many cases can count towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
We run a range of courses across a variety of business and law disciplines, enabling you to gain the knowledge you need over a short period of time. Most courses run over a 1-3 day period.
If you have a group of employees who need training in a certain business discipline, or perhaps even want to undertake a short course for CPD purposes then we can help. Courses can be constructed according to your needs and run from half a day to several weeks. We always try to ensure an element of practical exercises that can be implemented directly into the workplace.

An integrative approach to Coaching Supervision
Monday 24 Nov and Tuesday 25 November
Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Venue: Rose Theatre Kingston, 24-26 High Street, Kingston, KT1
The rapid growth of coaching over the last few years has created the need to insure the quality and development of this service and provide support for continued learning and growth of the coaches. That is where Coaching Supervision comes in.
Kingston University’s two-day course, which is run in collaboration with Coaching Supervision Consultancy Limited, addresses: the context and history of supervision; developing professional knowhow including exploring model and theories; and applying knowledge. As part of the course, participants will complete and evaluate a Coaching Signatures Profile™ (CSP) – an online, evaluative psychological profile and report which enables coaches to recognise and understand their most developed and natural coaching signature.
The programme would suit coaches wishing to develop a supervision practice, HR executives, academics and all professionals who have responsibility for developing others through coaching and supervision.
