Biography

Ally engages with research in Management and Innovation in Public Services. He is an active member of the Well-being at Work (WWK) Research Group through which he engages and leads on various research projects. He also served as director for the BA (Hons) Business Management Practice programme in the 2015/16 academic session. His alma mater include University of Edinburgh, University of Wolverhampton and Keele University. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has undertaken an extensive portfolio of training and consultancy work over the years with a range of public and private sector organisations. He also holds fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.

Currently supervising doctoral (PhD) research involving an empirical study of Leadership Development and Cross-cultural influences in the MENA region.
