Biography

Dr Andriana Rapti is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Kingston Business School since August 2015. Andriana holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and an MSc in Management with HRM both from University of Bath, UK. Prior to Kingston, Andriana worked as a temporary Lecturer for two modules in organisational behaviour at the University of Bath. Andriana has also been involved in a big number of research projects as a Research Officer/Assistant at the University of Bath and other top UK institutions.

Andriana has presented her research  at various international conferences (Academy of Management, European Academy of Management). Her papers are under review at top academic journals. Andriana has also received funding for her research and is currently leading a large scale research project.

Research Interest(s)

Andriana's primary research interests lie in the linkages between employee engagement and its antecedents, within the JD-R model and social exchange theory. She is also interested in the effect of HRM practices and fit perceptions on employees' attitudes. To a lesser degree, Andriana is interested in the relationship between engagement and its behavioural outcomes.
