Dr Kent Springdal has taught strategy and facilitated workshops on the subject for the past sixteen years. He has supervised and mentored dozens of MBA projects over a wide range of industries including aviation, transport, shipping, oil & gas, energy, hospitality, consultancy, banking, retailing, pharmaceutical, legal services, facility management, information management, chemical, defence, national heritage, art, entertainment and film, local authorities and voluntary sector.

He is currently the MBA course director for Kingston MBA programmes both in the UK and in Russia. The latter is a highly ranked MBA - the QS Fulltime MBA rankings placed it at number 43 out of 200 in Europe and it has been recently ranked as number one MBA in all Russia for five consecutive years.
