Biography
I have a MSc and a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Toulouse (France). At the end of my studies (2010) I have been appointed as a researcher and six month later as a lecturer at Kingston Business School.

Research Interest(s)
Broadly, my research aims to gain a better understanding of the the factors affecting risk perception and decision making (e.g., how people understand probabilistic forecasts; how HR managers makie personnel selection decisions). Additionally, I am interested in how individual differences account for variations in risk perception and decision making quality (e.g., investigating whether decision making styles affect decision making quality).

- Risk perception and risk communication
- Individual differences in decision making competency
- Factors that enhance creativity
- Personnel selection decision
- Discrimination in personnel selection
- Engagement, job satisfaction, retention, and co.
It can also be useful to know that I have a preference for quantitative methods.
Teaching
At undergraduate level I am leading a module on employability skills (BH2554). At postgraduate I am leading a module on academic and leadership skills (BHM622) and a module on complexity and uncertainty management at work (BHM710). I am also contributing to teaching quantitative research methods and decision making and to organise seminars for the students in Business and Occupational Psychology.
