Vincenzo is a Lecturer in Finance. Vincenzo’s research interests focus on venture capital and private equity financing, IPOs, corporate finance and bank-firm relationship with special attention to SMEs. Currently, his efforts are devoted to the analysis of the risk of financial distress of US listed companies.
His work has been published in international academic journals such as the Journal of Corporate Finance, Applied Financial Economics and Journal of Intellectual Capital (see below for a sample of my recent publications) . Vincenzo is also a member of ADEIMF, a major Italian forum of scholars of banking and finance.
