Mrs Liz Walker

Liz Walker (Chartered Accountant, MBA) is an experienced professional who has worked for more than 25 years in the accountancy profession, line management and consultancy. She was a partner in an international accountancy firm and a director of two different consulting firms. Currently she runs her own business providing turnaround services, principally in the not for profit sector. This involves a combination of hands on management, facilitation and mentoring. Liz is currently Finance Director for two large national and two small London based charities.
In addition, Liz is a visiting fellow at Kingston University; a lecturer on Masters programmes at The Academy National Economy, Moscow; and serves on the advisory boards of both Kingston University and the Bradford University School of Management. She is a former Chairman of The Association of MBAs.
Liz is a Freeman of the City of London and a Freeman of the Company of Management Consultants. She plays an active role in the Company as treasurer and with the pro bono mentoring scheme (for chief executives of small charities). The Company also supports the Centre for charity Effectiveness at CASS.
