Sky’s not the limit for top TV executive and MBA graduate -
The intellectual rigour of research, debate and personal challenge that a university degree provides is a proven method of preparing for both business and life challenges, according to the former Chief Executive of BSkyB Tony Ball. Mr Ball was speaking at a graduation ceremony on Wednesday (January 18) where he accepted an honorary degree from Kingston University.
Kingston HRM Masters course launches in Russia -
The Department for Leadership, HRM and Organisation has successfully launched its Masters in International HRM programme at the Academy of National Economy in Moscow in December 2011. The two-year part time programme, accredited by Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), is delivered by Kingston University academics and UK practitioners with some input from Russian colleagues.
Honorary graduate awarded CBE in 2012 New Year Honours List -
Kingston Business School honorary graduate and Chief Executive of MITIE, Ruby McGregor-Smith, has been honoured in Her Majesty The Queen’s New Year Honours List for 2012.
