Biography
Robert East is Professor of Consumer Behaviour and directs the Consumer Research Unit in the Department of Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Marketing. His current research focuses on word of mouth, brand switching and loyalty. He is the author of The Effect of Advertising and Display, Kluwer Academic Publishers, 2003. The third edition of his textbook, Consumer Behaviour: Applications in Marketing, was issued by Sage in 2008.
